HUBTEX Locations

HUBTEX offers various accessories for your industrial trucks in addition to the vehicle-specific equipment. These accessories are purchased from well-known suppliers unless they are manufactured in in-house to our own design. Below you will find a choice of the most important components.

Rack guidance

HUBTEX offers three different rack guidance systems which allow minimum aisle widths for operating HUBTEX system vehicles . Operating with as little as 100mm safety clearance per side Hubtex offer rail guidance, inductive loop guidance (wire guidance) and optical guidance whereby the truck follows a line painter on the floor.

Safety package - aisle recognition

Due to the use of the HUBTEX safety package in combination with an aisle recognition system, the functions of an industrial truck can be adjusted to an optimal degree of vehicle safety. For example the speed of a truck while entering and leaving the rack aisle is automatically adapted and driving with simultaneous mast outreached is prevented.

Camera systems

In particular during the handling of very bulky, long and high loads, the truck driver often does not have a good all-round view from the cabin. For this purpose, HUBTEX offers different versions of camera systems intended to optimally support the driver during his/her work. The camera systems are installed in such a manner that critical areas can be monitored to the best possible extent.

Mobile Person Protection System (PSA)

In the daily routine of a company, the � narrow-aisle rack systems are accident hotspots in the warehouse. In some countries the protection of people in narrow aisle operations is mandatory. For this Hubtex offer a laser scanning system that prevents the truck operating if people are detected in the vicinity.

HUBTEX Load Manager (HLM)

At the push of a button in the cabin, the truck operator can select the preprogrammed lifting height and write in up to 99 positions.� This system accelerates the storage of goods in the racks and the removal of goods from the racks, but it can also be used for loading and unloading trucks. Moreover, such a system increases the occupational health and safety and helps to avoid damage to the goods.

Load weighing devices

Load weighing devices are sometimes used to protect the industrial trucks from overload. These devices inform the truck operator visually and/or acoustically when the load capacity limit of the truck is reached. HUBTEX offers several types for different load capacities and with different levels of accuracy.

Lighting

If work has to be performed in � areas with poor or no lighting, the HUBTEX industrial truck can be equipped with different lighting versions. There are several possibilities to ensure that the load in the upper rack locations can be � seen, such as working lights installed on the cabin roof or headlamps e installed on the fork carriage. Road legal lighting can also be specified if required.

Telescopic forks and other accessory equipment

Together with its partner Stabau, HUBTEX offers an endless range of attachments to handle all load situations. The most popular add-on unit is the telescopic fork which can be used for double deep racking and lorry loading from one side as required.
