Special features of the counterbalanced forklift truck are the compact dimensions, with simultaneous high load capacities and the lift mast with mast tilt. As a result, the FluX can be used like a front loader for loading and unloading trucks, for example, or alternatively as a sideloader for transporting long loads through narrow hall doors. The truck has been optimized for every application – from the ergonomics of the cabin with the low cabin entry to the more compact masts, central seating position and fork carriage with sideshift, providing better all-round visibility.
Optimum maneuverability thanks to 360° HX multidirectional steering
One of the unique selling points of the FluX multidirectional forklift is the combination of 3-wheel chassis and the 360° HX steering system. In addition to its impressive travel speed of up to 7.5 mph, the HX steering is a particular advantage: The lift truck can change direction from longitudinal to transverse travel quickly and without stopping, with minimal wear and tear. As a result, users benefit from significant time savings and reduced wheel wear, depending on the operating conditions, especially when switching between the handling of long goods and pallets. The loading and unloading of trucks is also significantly faster due to the lack of mast feed. The automatic speed reduction dependent on the steering angle allows for optimized speeds to be driven safely.

Features
The spacious cabin offers the driver maximum comfort and freedom of movement. The standard cabin can be customized with a door, windows and other options for maximum comfort in outdoor use. All vehicle information is clearly displayed on the color display of the latest generation HIT MINI (HUBTEX information terminal). All hydraulic functions and preselection of the direction of travel are operated as standard via the ergonomically designed multifunctional joystick. The cabin with low entry height, the steering column with adjustable height and angle and the central air-sprung seat all enhance the comfort of the driver.
The unique cabin design provides an optimal panoramic view. The removal of the cabin pillar on the mast side, the new compact design of the mast and the central driver's seat gives the driver an unprecedented range of vision. This provides the operator with an optimal overview of the truck.
Thanks to the proven HUBTEX all-wheel multidirectional steering, large steering angles and the smallest possible turning radii in all driving directions can be guaranteed. Energy-efficient and powerful three-phase drives and three-phase pump units are used. This is particularly advantageous when used in freely movable warehouses with many direction changes, when loading and unloading trucks or in block storage.
This truck series is equipped with a 3-wheel chassis to optimize driving and steering. In order to respond to a wide variety of ground conditions, such as asphalt or paved surfaces, the trucks are equipped with elastic tires (EL) as standard.
Masts and fork carriages were specially developed for this vehicle series. The focus of the development was to optimize visibility of the load and the route of the truck. The results are the very compact lift masts and the optimized fork carriages with hydraulic sideshift. With a fixed mast and mast tilt, the trucks provide effective and safe handling in the rack system. A choice of Simplex, Duplex and Triplex masts with different lift heights up to 295 in are available for the FluX.
