The HUBTEX Load-Manager (HLM) is an assistance system for HUBTEX multidirectional sideloaders that is specifically designed to increase efficiency and precision when handling long, heavy, and bulky loads. Capable of programming up to 199 positions electronically, it makes it easier to deploy multidirectional sideloaders in warehouses.

Key features of the HLM
The main benefit of the HUBTEX Load Manager is its ability to preselect lift heights electronically, with a total of 199 freely programmable positions to choose from. The system guarantees a high degree of adaptability and user-friendliness and comes with a laser sensor attached to the external mast profile to record lift height and an additional display screen for entering and preselecting lift height.
The HLM is designed as a standalone system with a separate display screen that is fitted inside the driver’s cab, positioned in the same line of sight as the load, and touch-operated. This ergonomic arrangement enables the operator to use the system efficiently. It can be supplemented with additional assistance systems if required.

The main benefit of the HUBTEX Load Manager is its ability to preselect lift heights electronically, with a total of 199 freely programmable positions to choose from. The system guarantees a high degree of adaptability and user-friendliness. The HLM offers a range of input screens to suit different requirements. The standard input screen covers numbers from 0 to 199, while the “line-rack-compartment” screen permits more detailed entries to be made for up to 199 positions in specific storage configurations. The alphanumeric option, meanwhile, covers letters from A through Z.
The system offers an intuitive way to set times and other comprehensive menu functions that allow parameters to be adjusted, diagnostic tests to be run, and back-ups to be made in order to commission additional systems faster or when replacing the display screen.
The new HLM has been designed to keep pace with future developments and, as such, has integrated features such as load torque and residual load capacity monitoring, a load scale, and the possibility of incorporating camera systems. These options are still being trialled. Worthy of particular note is the ability to combine the HLM with horizontal rack compartment positioning systems, which can be managed from the warehouse management system itself.
