HUBTEX FTP 32
Electric two ways vehicle transporter
Load capacity of up to 7100 lb
Transport of non-operational vehicles
Line laser for positioning
With the electric two ways vehicle transporter (FTP 32), HUBTEX is setting a new benchmark in vehicle transport for the automotive industry. The vehicle was specially developed to transport prototypes safely through narrow passageways. This is made possible by the three-wheel chassis, the compact design and the tight turning radius. As a result, the vehicle is ideally suited to factory airlocks and offers greater flexibility than conventional trailers. In addition, prototypes are protected from the view of third parties. To achieve this, a sliding cover has been developed to conceal the vehicle. To enable faster loading of prototypes, an intelligent winching device has been integrated. This pulls the vehicle onto the loading platform, which has a load capacity of 7100 lb, and locks it automatically, eliminating the need for separate lashing. A line laser on the ground ensures precise positioning of the prototype, while two ultrasonic sensors between the FTP and the prototype help to prevent collisions.

Efficient and Safe Vehicle Transport
The HUBTEX FTP vehicle transporter has been developed to transport vehicles safely indoors and outdoors. With optimized dimensions of 8.3 ft in width and 23.3 ft in length, it is capable of transporting a wide range of vehicle types. Featuring innovative safety functions, the FTP sets new standards in the industry for demanding transport requirements.
Features
The HUBTEX FTP vehicle transporter is equipped with an intelligent winching device with a load capacity of 7100 lb. In addition, the transporter features a pickup carriage and an automatic wheel locking system, eliminating the need to lash the vehicle separately. The platform of the HUBTEX FTP vehicle transporter can be lowered to ground level and is positioned within the vehicle contour of the transporter itself. This also makes it suitable for cars with low ground clearance. The winching device and loading platform are operated by the transporter driver via remote control. The driver is also responsible for the manual operation of the sliding cover.
The HUBTEX FTP vehicle transporter enables precise positioning thanks to a line laser that projects beams onto the ground, allowing the prototype to be positioned accurately. In addition, two ultrasonic sensors measure the distance between the FTP and the prototype and serve as collision protection to help prevent impacts.
The operation of the HUBTEX FTP vehicle transporter is designed in a similar way to that of a motor vehicle, making control intuitive and user-friendly. During operation, a backup camera and two additional side cameras provide a comprehensive all-around view. These cameras ensure optimum safety and maneuverability for the driver throughout the transport process. In addition, the information terminal provides detailed information on all operating states of the vehicle transporter. The multifunction display presents all relevant data on wheel position, speed and battery charge level clearly and graphically, enabling the driver to monitor the vehicle with ease.
The sliding cover of the HUBTEX FTP vehicle transporter is operated manually, giving the driver full control over the loading process. In addition, the FTP is equipped with a spring-loaded roller tarp at the rear, which the driver can open with ease.
