Compared to conventional heavy-duty forklifts, the ROXX stands out thanks to its particularly compact dimensions: it is up to 25% narrower and around 20% shorter. This makes it ideally suited for situations where conventional front-loading forklifts cannot be used due to their size. Further key advantages include customisable adaptation to industry-specific requirements, as well as the emission-free, energy-efficient electric drive, which is clearly superior to diesel forklifts in terms of operating costs and sustainability.

With the M-Tex, HUBTEX is expanding its range of heavy-duty compact forklifts to include a new solution for load capacities from 8 to 30 tonnes. This new generation combines compact dimensions with improved visibility of the load, high operating comfort and an advanced vehicle architecture for demanding applications in confined spaces.
Manoeuvring heavy loads safely
HUBTEX compact forklifts are up to 25% narrower and around 20% shorter than comparable heavy-duty forklifts. Particularly in confined spaces, where front-loading forklifts often lack sufficient room, the ROXX series of electric heavy-duty compact forklifts offer a particularly robust and manoeuvrable solution. The forklifts are available with load capacities ranging from 8 to 30 tonnes and can be individually adapted to the specific requirements of the respective industry. Sturdy lift masts and excellent all-round visibility further ensure safe and efficient operation. It makes no difference whether it is a 30-tonne forklift, a 25-tonne forklift or even an 8-tonne forklift.
Patented steering system and zero-emission electric drive
Anyone who works in confined spaces on a daily basis needs a drive solution that operates cleanly, quietly and reliably. That is why the ROXX features a zero-emission, energy-efficient electric drive – a genuine alternative to diesel, particularly indoors and wherever sustainability and low operating costs are key. At the same time, the ROXX is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, offering maximum flexibility. Whether coils, paper rolls, converters or tools: thanks to its compact design, the ROXX is ideally suited to a wide range of applications. Two steering systems are available for the ROXX. An electro-hydraulic steering system with a steering axle is fitted as standard. Further space savings are achieved with the optionally available electric steering. A new, patented single-wheel steering system significantly reduces the turning circle, resulting in an additional 50% space saving in the turning radius compared to the standard steering system.

Handling any load with confidence
The design of the lift mast plays an extremely important role with our RoxX. On the one hand, the lift mast must be able to lift heavy loads and move safely, on the other hand, it must not restrict the driver's view.
For optimum flexibility, the lift mast is available in various versions. Beginning with a 2-stage Simplex lift mast (standard model) with a lift height of 3400 mm, to a 2-stage lift mast with full free lift (Duplex) and a 3-stage lift mast with full free lift (Triplex). All models can tilt from -5° to +5°. HUBTEX will also design additional lift mast solutions to meet your individual requirements.
Our RoxX has a purely electric drive, offering 30% increased efficiency compared to vehicles with an electro-hydrostatic drive. This allows for your heavy duty lift truck fleet to work harder for longer without the need for a break. Due to get up and go nature of our heavy duty forklifts, the HUBTEX RoxX is the perfect solution for all your heavy material handling needs.
Since there are no maintenance-intensive hydraulic devices, the service costs are reduced in addition to the low energy consumption. The modular design of the heavy duty compact forklift also guarantees optimum access for maintenance and repair purposes. In addition, the driver's cab can be easily folded down for servicing, enabling fast response times and ease of maintenance. Any battery changes that may be required are easy to carry out thanks to the fork pockets on the battery and a mechanical locking mechanism .
