MAXX 50 - the flexible all-rounder
The MAXX series is the electric multidirectional sideloader for the requirements of combined indoor and outdoor applications. The popular MAXX series has been consistently expanded in recent years. The latest model is the MAXX 50 with a basic load capacity of 5 tonnes. Like all models in the MAXX series, this vehicle is also suitable for narrow aisles in warehouses as well as for loading and unloading lorries outdoors. The increased residual load capacity meets the requirements of wood processing companies and timber merchants in particular, for example when transporting heavy or moist timber packages. The MAXX 50 is equipped with an ergonomically designed cab, an application-optimised lift mast and the optional 360° HX steering for flexible manoeuvring in confined spaces. The combination of 185 mm ground clearance and a load arm height of 535 mm enables both efficient storage space utilization and high performance outdoors. A powerful 5 kW electric motor also ensures reliable driving performance - even on gradients.
MAXX 60 - the strong solution for heavy loads
With a load capacity of 6 tonnes, the MAXX 60 is the perfect solution for particularly heavy, long loads. It offers with its robust design, high flexibility for indoor and outdoor use and precise manoeuvrability thanks to the optional 360° HX steering. With its large elastic tyres and high ground clearance, the multidirectional forklift is suitable for demanding outdoor use. The short frame length of the MAXX offers clear advantages when maneuvering in block storage areas.

MSL 50 - for long distances and large outdoor areas
The new outdoor multidirectional sideloader MSL with SL (sideloader) cab has been specially developed for longer transport routes. The seating position is aligned in the direction of travel, which enables an ergonomically optimised posture and reduces the strain on the driver. Thanks to the deep front windscreen, the driver always has a clear view of the route. In addition, the generous side window ensures an optimised view on the transported load, which improves safety and precision during handling. With this new cab variant, HUBTEX offers a sophisticated solution for applications where long distances need to be covered efficiently and comfortably. The MSL is ideal for companies with large outdoor areas, such as sawmills or timber merchants.
PHOENIX - Customised for outdoor use
Whether gravel, asphalt or unpaved terrain - the PHOENIX can also be configured as an open-air multidirectional sideloader specifically for outdoor use. Thanks to its modular design, it offers a high degree of flexibility and can be precisely adapted to different requirements. With one of the most comprehensive modular systems in the industry, HUBTEX provides a wide range of options - from tyre variants and cab equipment to individual lift mast solutions and assistance systems. The result is a powerful solution for companies that need a customisable and emission-free forklift truck for outdoor use - efficient, quiet and reliable in a wide range of working conditions.

What really matters when it comes to outdoor forklifts
Your questions, our answers
What features should a forklift truck for uneven terrain have?
Outdoor forklifts are used in unpaved depots, in timber yards or on building material sites under demanding conditions. To ensure that they operate reliably and safely, these trucks must provide certain technical features:
1. high ground clearance and robust construction
Unpaved floors, potholes or material residues require increased ground clearance so that the vehicle does not touch down and drive components remain protected. A stable frame construction and weather-resistant materials are important for long-term outdoor use.
2. good traction and a powerful drive
Forklifts used outdoors require tires with high traction and a sufficiently dimensioned drive motor. This is the only way they can drive smoothly and safely, even on inclines, wet surfaces or when fully loaded.
3 Ergonomics and visibility
Longer journeys over larger areas or repeated loading and unloading operations place high demands on driver comfort and visibility. An ergonomic cab design, seat position in the driving direction and large window areas improve both working conditions and safety.
4 Load capacity and stability for long loads
Long and heavy loads are often moved, especially in the timber or building materials sector. Stable load handling and sufficient residual load capacity are important here - even when driving over uneven terrain.
5 Compact design and maneuverability
A compact truck design is an advantage in block warehouses or in confined outdoor areas. Flexible steering systems or multidirectional chassis make maneuvering easier, especially when driving across or moving bulky goods.
An outdoor forklift for unpaved terrain should also be robust, ergonomic, powerful and maneuverable. It is crucial that all technical features are tailored to the specific area of application - especially for demanding outdoor handling tasks.

How long do the batteries last in full outdoor use?
The runtime depends heavily on the individual application profile - such as shift lengths, driving cycles, load weight and charging behavior.
HUBTEX uses high-performance battery packages that deliver full power for several hours, even under intensive outdoor use.
To find the right solution for your application, we offer an individual, data-based energy consultation. This includes
- Analysis of the operating conditions (e.g. shift model, charging times, load profiles)
- Simulation of realistic operating scenarios including seasonal load peaks
- Selection and dimensioning of suitable batteries, chargers and vehicles
- ROI calculations and TCO comparison between electric and combustion engine solutions
- Advice on possible subsidy programs
The aim is an economically and ecologically optimized overall concept - tailored to your business and your infrastructure. We will be happy to advise you on charging times and energy management on request.
What is the difference between an electric forklift truck and a diesel truck in outdoor applications?
Today, electric outdoor forklifts from HUBTEX offer the same performance as diesel-powered trucks - with significantly lower operating costs and a better environmental footprint. The switch is particularly worthwhile for companies that regularly work outdoors.
1. full performance in outdoor use
HUBTEX electric forklifts are designed for uneven terrain, long distances and heavy loads. With powerful lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries, they can also cope with inclines and deliver constant power for several hours. Intermediate charging during breaks enables operation over entire shifts - without changing the battery.
2. economical operation
Electricity is cheaper than diesel and maintenance costs are significantly lower. There is no need for oil changes, filter changes and complex engine maintenance, for example. From as little as 3.5 operating hours per day, the electric outdoor forklift is more cost-efficient than a diesel appliance over the course of its service life.
3. fewer emissions, more future-proof
HUBTEX electric forklifts enable CO₂ savings of up to 55% compared to diesel trucks. Electric steering systems also improve energy efficiency. They are quiet and emission-free - ideal for noise-sensitive areas or combined indoor/outdoor use.
4. eligible for subsidies and sustainable investment
Often there are incentive programs to support the purchase of zero-emission electric industrial vehicles. HUBTEX helps you identify suitable funding opportunities and provides support throughout the entire application process – from initial consultation to final disbursement.
Today, an electric outdoor forklift is no longer a compromise solution, but an economically and ecologically superior alternative to diesel trucks - ready for daily use in outdoor areas.
