HOW DO YOU TRANSPORT HEAVY NAVIGATION SIGNS SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY?

Fairway marker buoys are traffic signs on the water. They provide warnings and information to skippers. For example, they draw attention to fairways and danger spots in the water and on the shore. Where anchoring is permitted can also be identified by navigation signs. Information about speed and radio frequency are also among the extensive tasks of the buoys and signs.
In order for these traffic watermarks to fulfill their function, they must first be transported into the water.

The CT electric transporter from HUBTEX was developed for this handling task. It is used for the transport of the navigation signs at the port. But also for the transport to the maintenance halls and for the storage of the traffic watermarks the CT finds its use.

PICKING UP THE LOAD

The transporter drives under the navigation marker buoy resting on a load frame, the lifting system picks up the load including the frame and lifts it up to 950 mm. Thus, the navigation markers can be moved safely.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS AND EFFICIENT

The electric drive ensures low-noise and emission-free movement of the loads. The transporter can be easily controlled by a radio remote control. As this is portable, the operator can move freely around the vehicle. The good visibility while driving increases safety.

INCREASED STORAGE SPACE

The HUBTEX Transporter can drive the tightest turning radii with the help of the multi-way steering. This makes it especially suitable for use in narrow aisles. Because the aisles can be made narrower, the user benefits from a larger storage area.
