The omnidirectional work platform HUBTEX EPL 03 was specifically developed for the high demands of aircraft assembly in the FAL and aircraft maintenance (MRO). Thanks to its omnidirectional steering system, it enables lengthwise, crosswise, circular and diagonal driving, thus offering maximum manoeuvrability in confined areas of the production hall or in the hangar. With a platform height of 4.5 m - 17.0 m and a load capacity of 250 - 2000 kg, the EPL 03 offers maximum flexibility, safety and efficiency in the aviation industry. The liftable platform with scissor lift system and hydraulic extension brings fitters and materials safely and precisely to the desired position. The purely electric drive ensures higher energy efficiency and a reduced noise level.
At the same time, other industries such as train manufacturing, the automotive industry, shipbuilding and logistics also benefit from the advantages of the EPL platform: wherever sensitive structures need to be protected and work needs to be carried out precisely in confined spaces.

The vehicles are suitable for combined indoor and outdoor operation and have easy service access for maintenance work.
Operating convenience and safety thanks to modern control systems
Operation can be flexibly customised - from a stationary control system to portable remote controls. Hubtex offers a wide range of customisation options here. Remote controls from AUTEC are used as standard; systems from HBC are also available on request. The remote control is equipped with joysticks for sensitive control, emergency stop buttons, horn and flexibly expandable options. In addition, the HUBTEX information display provides the operator with all important vehicle information such as battery status, diagnostic data and warnings.
Precise lifting with scissor lift or lift mast
The EPL 03 has a scissor lift system with a working height of 4.5 m - 17.5 m, which enables safe and precise operations in aircraft assembly (FAL) and maintenance (MRO). A hydraulic extension ensures flexible adjustments, while the proportional valve technology guarantees particularly smooth movements. This can be optionally extended by a telescopic platform for access to the top of the wing or by a model with two lifting masts for very low entry heights. This means that the EPL 03 can also be used in a wide range of industries such as train construction, automotive and ship assembly.
