HUBTEX develops mobile work platforms, transport vehicles and system solutions for Final Assembly (FAL) and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO). Our focus: millimetre-accurate positioning, collision-avoidance manoeuvres and electric drive systems for quiet, efficient operations in hangars and production. Depending on the environment, we combine EPL platforms, dock mobilisation and specialised transport solutions into a scalable integrated solution — delivering reliable processes with minimal reconfiguration.

Mobile work platforms (EPL)
Electric, omnidirectional work platforms for safe access to the fuselage, wings, empennage and engines. Assistance systems enable collision-free docking; modular and scalable for FAL & MRO.
Omnidirectional work platform
Omnidirectional work platform for safe maintenance and assembly work with a working height of up to 17 m and a load capacity of 2,000 kg.
Dock mobilisation (HL-AGV, ODV, WDU/WU)
Mobilise existing docks and platforms, not rebuild them. HL-AGV, ODV and WDU/WU attach to fixed work stands to move and position them with millimetre accuracy — for more stable takt on the FAL.
Omni Directional Vehicle (ODV)
Omnidirectional vehicle for mobilising stationary work platforms with towing function – flexible, precise and integrable into existing processes.
Transport platforms & fuselage transporters
Gentle handling of large, sensitive assemblies and fixtures. Electric, precise and space-optimised — ideal for tight hall layouts and defined handover points.
Fuselage transporter
Self-propelled platform truck for hull and module transport, radio-controlled and connectable for loads up to 70 tonnes.
Multidirectional sideloaders & AGVs
Durable solutions for long loads and intralogistics. Multidirectional sideloaders and AGVs integrate into existing processes and reduce manoeuvring effort.
