Building materials dealer Groen & Janssen
Long, heavy and sensitive goods place special safety requirements on careful transport logistics. In combination with limited storage space and narrow rack aisles, conventional forklift trucks quickly reach their limits. That's why, in only two years, Groen & Janssen invested in four Hubtex multi-directional sideloaders to optimize its material flow.
Solar module production
The internal logistics processes in the solar industry pose special challenges for users. The heavy, large glass panes and panels can not be transported with bulky forklift trucks that have poor maneuverability due to limited visibility.

Cono Kaasmakers
Beemster cheese from the Netherlands is a recognized quality product, logically the producer Cono Kaasmakers also relied on quality for the material flow. It was a replacement for 10-year-old, repair-prone forklifts. "We tried it test-wise with a HUBTEX device, which we leased for months," Henk J. Maaijen of the Technical Department at Cono Kaasmakers says. After the specially made HUBTEX electric multi-directional sideloader MQ 30 ran successfully, now a second identical device has been ordered.

Georg Fischer Automotive
Georg Fischer Automotive developed together with HUBTEX a completely new type of heavy duty forklift with a telescopic arm. The starting point for this was the fact that converters in foundries mainly use classic trucks. During operation, flying sparks and splashes of molten iron affect the hard-to-protect components of conventional heavy-duty forklifts with masts enormously and thus impair the necessary availability. In addition, they cause comparatively high operating costs in the hard and special use of the automotive supplier Georg Fischer Automotive.
J. u. A, Frischeis GmbH
Hubtex delivers to all locations of J. u. A. Frischeis GmbH individual special solutions that are optimized for the respective logistics processes and premises. The patented HX steering plays a special role here.

Alu-Point
Multidirectional sideloaders enable the safe and efficient handling of long and bulky goods – even in restricted spaces. Alu-Point, a company that sells and processes aluminium, non-ferrous metal and plastics, handles plates, tubes, bars and profiles at its warehouse in Harsum, Germany. By switching from standard frontloaders and warehouse dollies to the DS27, a multidirectional sideloader supplied by Hubtex, the company benefits from safer handling and more efficient processes when transporting long goods.

Hagebau
The hagebau central warehouse in Westerkappeln near Osnabrück depends on fast handling and customer-oriented order picking. Several HUBTEX devices are significantly involved in this: An electric two-side order picking platform of type MK runs a full eight-hour shift. In addition, these vehicles are supported by a multi-directional sideloader handling whole packages.

Glass frame transporter GTR
Safe, ergonomic and cost-efficient: Hubtex launches a new generation of glass frame transporters for the flat glass industry. The new GTR models reliably transport A and L glass racks weighing between 15 and 42 t. Thanks to their modular design, the vehicles can be optimally tailored to the needs of their users. The new series of the manufacturer of custom-made industrial devices convinces with an improved energy balance. Customers benefit from longer uptime and lower operating costs. As a result, they have the highest flexibility through their use in three-shift operation.
